- Device you were using at the time.
- And if possible methods to replicate the issue (optional)
In terms of the General Code of Conduct, every Financial Services Provider must maintain an internal complaints resolution procedure if a client complains about a financial service rendered by the FSP or a Representative of the FSP.
Should you feel a complaint is validated for any reason please familiarise yourself with the complaints policy as per our legal section.
